Turns out, being the King doesn't mean much when your guests are leaving. So Burger King did something pretty un-king-like: we listened. We made the food better, put guests first, and even handed out the president's phone number. Then we did the unthinkable. We fired the King and gave the crown to the people who actually deserved it.
